How to Prepare for Our Grand Opening!

Our grand Opening for Countryside Fields Phase 3 is approaching quickly!

To help you be as prepared as possible to secure your ideal home, we have made this guide for you.

  1. Register for the project to get exclusive information and the opportunity to schedule an appointment on opening day.
  2. Know your dates and remain vigilant! As we have a limited collection of these highly desired homes, it is our strongest recommendation that you keep your eyes on your mailbox and on our social media. We will be emailing you regular updates and links for our information portal, social offers, and when our appointment schedule will open. Booking an appointment is done on a first come first serve basis.
  3. Check-in with your mortgage advisor to know the perimeters of your budget prior to the Grand Opening. This will allow you to be armed with the knowledge of what type of home you can afford if you decide to make a purchase that day.
  4. Check out our buyer information portal to learn more about the development prior to the Grand Opening. If you have any questions or concerns, prepare alit that you can ask the agents when you arrive at the Grand Opening.
  5. Make a Top 3 wishlist for your ideal floor plans, that way if your first choice sells out you will already be prepped with a secondary or even a tertiary choice so that you are able to secure your home during your appointment.
  6. To be prepared to sign an offer, bring your ID, cheque book, and a bank draft of $50,000 written to DH Countryside Inc in order to secure your dream home.
