Buying Process

Often new home buyers begin online, researching their preferred neighbourhood and communities being offered there. Or, they might drive and see a sign to a community they like, then visit the Presentation Centre for more details. It is highly recommended to register online for regular updates and information on a community’s progress.

Buying-Process

MEET – At the Sales Centre, our sales representatives will be happy to walk you through the community vision and timing, the local area, amenities, product and pricing.

UNDERSTAND – Our Sales Representatives are experts in new home buying, and are committed to giving you all you need to make an informed choice. They will be you every step of the way through process of buying your beautiful new DiGreen home.

SIGN – Once you have made your decision to buy, your Sales Representative will draw up a legal contract called an Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS) for you to sign. It will include all the details on your new home purchase.

REVIEW – You and your lawyer will want to review your APS together so you are happy with all the details, including the fi nancing, deposit structure, inspection date(s) and closing date.

PURCHASE – Once you have signed the APS and made your deposit, and it’s all approved by DiGreen Homes, you are on your way to owning a new home. Our customer care team is there for you and will take you through your colour selections and other signifi cant milestones.

CLOSING – It’s here! You are ready for Closing Day with your approved mortgage and any amounts owning. Ownership will then be transferred to your name and the keys handed over. From the day you move in until well after, including the Tarion Warranty period, DiGreen Homes is committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
